April, 2023. Some users have been seeing the following script error when using Fast ForWord on an iPad.
Fix Ideas
If you have updated your Apple iPad to iOS 16.4 or higher, before logging in, please adjust Safari website settings with the below instructions:
Go into settings–> Safari –> Request Desktop Website –> All Websites –> turn it ON –> exit it out and launch a fresh new web page.
That has worked for users. If it does not work for your device, we have two other suggestions:
- Use Chrome on your iPad
- if Chrome does not work, try logging out of MySciLearn and restarting your iPad
