If you need to adjust the volume in Fast ForWord while you are in an exercise, simply click ctrl and = at the same time, then move the left hand volume control up or down, then click return to the program.
For Mac, click the Apple Icon and -=.

Or how do I change the time a program runs?
In Gateway 5.0, go to Teacher Tools,
click to the left of the Gemm icon to open up the group,
then click the student name,
then on right, click Assign to add a program or change times or RPI settings.
